All incontinence products, such as adult diapers, pull-ups, pads, washcloths & bedpads are eligible for free shipping. Products will be shipped out from our various warehouse locations in Canada.

GLADWELL is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Gladwellcare is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returning & Exchanging Products (ALL SALES ARE FINAL)

 

For any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
Unfortunately, you may not exchange or return your purchase. We do not take back any products due to sanitary reasons.

For orders where products were shipped in error by Gladwellcare, we will ship the correct product at no additional charge as soon as we are notified of the error..
