Shipping

I did not receive the right product. What do I do?

Please Contact us with your order number and one of our freindly staff will glady assist you!

For orders where products were shipped in error by us, we will ship the correct product at no additional charge as soon as we are notified of the error.

Are your packages discreet?

Yes! All of our packages are delivered in plain, discreet cardboard boxes with no logo.

How long might shipping take?

Handling time takes 1-3 business days
